END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Y Enterprises B.V., a company duly established and existing under the laws of Curaçao, with its registered office at Johan Van Walbeeckplein 24, Curaçao, and holder of gaming sublicense No. 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao e-Gaming, possesses all requisite rights to operate the gaming software.
This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes the complete terms and conditions governing your use of this website and any software accessible or downloadable therefrom. You (the “User” or “You”) must read this Agreement in its entirety. Your acceptance of the services provided herein, download of the client software, or use of any other features provided hereby shall constitute your unequivocal acceptance of and agreement to all Terms and Conditions and License provisions contained herein.
Should you disagree with any of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Service immediately.
Amendment of Terms
YYY reserves the unilateral right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material amendments to the Terms of Use will be communicated to you via an appropriate method (e.g., email or website notice) prior to their effective date. You bear the responsibility to review any such amendments. Your continued use of the Website following such amendments shall constitute your binding acceptance thereof.
If you have any inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement, you must contact us prior to accepting this Agreement.
Introduction to the Software and Authorized Use
The game software you are downloading or about to download from this website (the “Software”) is licensed to you by YYY for your personal, private use on an “AS IS” basis solely.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1 Account Creation:
Use of the services requires the creation of an account with YYY. To register, download and install the applicable software or navigate to the appropriate website page and select the Register button.
We are obligated to verify player identity and thus reserve the right to request necessary personal information, including but not limited to: your full name, address, valid email address, date of birth, and valid telephone number. You warrant that all information provided during account creation is accurate and truthful, and you must maintain such information current. You are permitted only one account with YYY and must use the Service exclusively through that single account. Accessing or participating in website activities through multiple accounts, concurrently or otherwise, with or without consent, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions for all parties involved.
1.2 Software Use:
As a User, you are granted a limited license to use the Software with your unique Player ID (“Player ID”) and confidential password (“Password”) to access YYY servers (the “Servers”) to play games for real money or play money (the “Games”). Play money chips and balances hold no monetary value. YYY reserves the right to eliminate any play money chip balance at any time, or to convert such balance into a promotional incentive at its sole discretion.
1.3 Software Protection:
The Software is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. This License does not grant you any right to reproduce the design or publish screenshots thereof without YYY’s express prior written consent.
1.4 Restricted Jurisdictions:
Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from downloading or using the Software: Curaçao; France and other French territories; Malta; the Netherlands and other Dutch territories; North Korea; Portugal; Slovakia; Sweden; Switzerland; the United Kingdom; the USA and other U.S. territories. No license is granted to any user located where such offer or use would violate applicable laws. Registration from these jurisdictions is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in permanent account closure and immediate forfeiture of all funds.
1.5 Service Model:
The website offers downloadable software to access an online platform on Network Game Servers located in another jurisdiction. Upon access, you may play against users from various locations. You acknowledge you may be the sole user from your locality accessing these Servers.
2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YYY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE SITE, AND THE GAMES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” YYY MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, COMPLETENESS, OR ACCURACY. YYY DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR BUGS.
In the event of a system failure resulting in an irrecoverable game interruption, funds in play at the time may be returned to affected users as determined by YYY. This policy does not apply to user-side failures (e.g., loss of power or internet connectivity).
3. PROHIBITED USES
3.1 Use by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Users under 18 who breach this term will not be entitled to any prizes or funds. Age verification is required prior to any payout.
3.2 The Software must not be used in violation of any applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use is legal in your jurisdiction.
3.3 You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Software. Use of artificial intelligence or “robots” in Games is forbidden. All Game actions must be executed through the official user interface. YYY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any User’s access. YYY may restrict seating, prohibit users from specific tables or tournaments, and prevent collusion. Upon determination of fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity (including collusion or financial fraud), YYY may block access, terminate accounts, and seize all related funds. YYY reserves the right to recover payments made due to error or fraud.
3.4 Players may only occupy one empty heads-up table per stake level and table type simultaneously. Violations may result in a 24-hour account ban, with repeat offenses leading to escalated sanctions.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YYY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE, GAMES, SITE, OR SERVERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5. SECURITY
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Player ID and Password. You must keep these credentials confidential. Any unauthorized use shall be deemed your use, and any liability arising therefrom shall be borne solely by you.
YYY may, at its discretion, require faxed copies of payment methods and written acknowledgments of deposits prior to processing any withdrawal.
6. PLAYER-TO-PLAYER TRANSACTIONS
“Real money accounts” may only be used for playing Games. Breach of this term may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. YYY may, at its discretion, permit fund transfers between users strictly for gameplay purposes, at the users’ sole risk. YYY does not support or facilitate private transactions and bears no liability for broken deals.
7. PLAYER CONDUCT
Abusive language or behavior deemed inappropriate by YYY will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or loss of privileges. Communication must be in English or Spanish only. All disputes shall be settled by YYY, whose decision is final. Disputes must be reported via email.
8. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Commercial or professional use of the Software is prohibited. You represent that your play is for personal entertainment only. Breach may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for verifying gambling laws applicable to you.
9. DORMANT ACCOUNTS / ACCESS FEE
YYY may suspend accounts inactive for 12 months. Funds therein will be held in suspense for 60 days following notice sent to the email on record. Users who opt out of emails waive receipt rights. Valid claims within the holding period will be processed following verification. Unclaimed funds after 60 days, followed by an additional 3-month inactivity period, will escheat to YYY as an Access Fee. Funds in accounts closed for misconduct are forfeited. Claims on behalf of deceased users require proof of authority. Third-party claims may require a court order, which must be filed within 6 months of the claim.
10. TERMINATION
YYY may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with its terms, for any other reason, or for no reason. Upon termination, you must destroy all Software copies. Suspicious or criminal activity will be reported to authorities. Funds in accounts closed for misconduct are forfeited.
11. AMENDMENT
YYY reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. The courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute hereunder. Both parties irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive objections thereto. You consent to personal jurisdiction and accept service of process at the email address provided in your Account.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
YYY is committed to responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gaming problem, you must notify YYY via email or live host. YYY does not offer user-set deposit limits; instead, upon confirmation of a problem, your account will be closed. YYY reserves the sole right to review and restrict player access based on activity profiling.
15. COMPLIANCE
The legal age limit is 18+. YYY ensures compliance with regulatory standards in its licensed jurisdictions.
16. BONUSES AND INCENTIVES
YYY may offer bonuses or incentives (“Bonuses”) at its sole discretion. Bonuses confer no rights until all attached conditions are satisfied. YYY may suspend or terminate any Bonus prior to satisfaction without compensation. Raffle winners must claim prizes within 7 days of announcement, or prizes are forfeited. Bonus money cannot be used on specified games. Only real funds contribute to wagering requirements. The maximum bonus release is 3x the bonus amount. Game contribution percentages are as specified.
17. SELF-EXCLUSION
Self-exclusion options are outlined in our Responsible Gambling Policy. To self-exclude, contact support. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in or withdraw; contact support to initiate withdrawal of remaining balances, subject to verification and casino limits. Indefinite self-exclusion results in payout per casino limits. Definite self-exclusion results in payout only after the exclusion period expires.
18. PLAYER PROTECTION TOOLS
18.1 Self-Exclusion: Players may request account freezing from the operator. Remaining funds are retained or can be withdrawn upon request.
18.2 Play Limits: Functionality exists for setting various loss, bet, and session limits.

18.4 Game Speed: Configurable delays between game rounds can be enforced.

18.6 Complaints Procedure: Step 1: Lodge a complaint via provided channels. Step 2: Unresolved gambling-related disputes may be referred for independent resolution.
19. SECURITY AND INTEGRITY
We provide 24/7 supervised, fair gaming. RNG-based games use audited Random Number Generators. Live Casino games feature real dealers.
20. WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
The maximum withdrawal is $10,000 per 24-hour period, unless otherwise agreed. YYY may reject withdrawals suspected of fraud or money laundering. Withdrawal amounts are also limited by the chosen payment method’s constraints. All withdrawal accounts must be in the user’s name to comply with anti-money laundering policies.
21. SOURCE OF FUNDS
YYY may request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding $50,000 USD.
22. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited to prevent collusion and money laundering. YYY reserves the right to cancel bonuses, winnings, and close accounts upon suspicion.
23. PRIVACY
Your information will be processed per our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We implement technical and administrative controls to protect your Personal Information, used for service provision, security, legal compliance, historical/statistical purposes, and updates. We may contact you with promotional materials; you may opt out at any time.
23.2 Cookies: Our Website uses cookies for analytics and login facilitation, subject to user consent, expiring within four weeks.
24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
24.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in the Software remain YYY’s exclusive property.
24.2 You acknowledge the Software contains valuable trade secrets and agree to keep Proprietary Information confidential, not copying it except as permitted herein.
24.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
24.4 YYY may advertise its services through any media.
25. FORCE MAJEURE
YYY is not liable for failures due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or utility failures.
26. LANGUAGE
The English language version of this Agreement prevails over any translation.
27. SEVERABILITY
The provisions of this Agreement are severable.
28. ALTERATIONS
YYY may alter website content or amend these Terms at its discretion. Amendments will be posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
29. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
YYY does not warrant the legality of your use in your jurisdiction. You use the Service at your own risk and represent your activities are lawful. You are responsible for verifying applicable laws. YYY disclaims all implied warranties. Access is blocked from prohibited jurisdictions, and this list may be updated at YYY’s discretion.
30. TAX
You are solely responsible for taxes on any winnings.
31. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
We monitor transactions to prevent illegal activity. You must not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including money laundering or terrorist financing. Suspected activity will result in account termination, fund forfeiture, and reporting to authorities. You warrant the accuracy of your account details and that you are the rightful owner of deposited funds. You authorize YYY to conduct verification checks and may be required to provide identification, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds/wealth documentation, or a live photo with ID. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension. We may withhold payments pending satisfactory verification.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and YYY, superseding all prior agreements.
